Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 12 April 2024, Bridgepoint Development Capital Limited (the "Transferor") has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in BDC V B LP (the "Partnership"), an English limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP023438, to BDC V GP LLP, the general partner of the Partnership. Consequently, on that date, the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
