NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The North Sea Transition Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Chrysaor Petroleum Company U.K. Limited whose address is 23 Lower Belgrave Street, London, SW1W 0NR for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Talbot Combined Manifold and Judy Platform Pig Launcher and between the Talbot Combined Manifold and Talbot TUTU.

The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) is the business name of the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). The OGA remains the legal name of the company. References in this notice to the NSTA should be interpreted as the OGA.

Except with the consent of the NSTA, the 168.3 Millimetre pipelines shall only be used to convey Well Fluids; the 476 Millimetre pipeline shall only be used to convey Well Fluids; the 180.1 Millimetre umbilicals shall only be used to convey Scale Inhibitor, Wax Inhibitor, Corrosion Inhibitor, Hydraulic Fluids, Methanol and Power; the 185 Millimetre multi-core control jumpers shall only be used to convey Scale Inhibitor, Wax Inhibitor, Hydraulic Fluid, Methanol and Power;

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the NSTA, by other persons.

Chrysaor Petroleum Company U.K. Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
