Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 31 March 2024, State Street Bank and Trust Company as directed Trustee of FCA US LLC Master Retirement Trust assigned the whole of its interest in Lion Capital Fund III, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP014038 (the “Partnership”) to Strategic Partners IX Investments – B L.P. As a consequence of such transfer, Strategic Partners IX Investments – B L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and State Street Bank and Trust Company as directed Trustee of FCA US LLC Master Retirement Trust ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
