KOCH UK PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Koch UK Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”), is in the process of being wound up.

The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace any persons who believe they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme and who did not receive communications from the Trustees in 2023 notifying them of the transfer of assets to the Fidelity Master Trust.

Any person not already contacted who believes they may have an entitlement or interest in the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Koch UK Pension Scheme c/o First Floor Three Counties House, Festival Way, Hanley, Stoke-On-Trent, ST1 5PX, by no later than 21 June 2024.

After this date, the Trustees will complete the process of winding-up the Scheme and distributing the remaining assets of the Scheme amongst the persons appearing to them to be entitled to them having regard only to claims and interests of which they have notice. The Trustees shall then not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the date stated in this notice.

Any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustees about this matter and the transfer of benefits to the Fidelity Master Trust need not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlement.

For and on behalf of the Trustees of the Koch UK Pension Scheme
