NOTICE is hereby given that Roderic Lee Wagoner Jr of 3632 N Camino Blanco Place, Tucson, Arizona, 85718-7211 in the United States of America, is seised with Full Title Guarantee of the legal and beneficial title and ownership of  the Lordship of the Manor of Dunsby in the District of North Kesteven, in the County of Lincolnshire together with all the rights, privileges, intellectual property, manorial land, incidents, members and appurtenances thereto belonging, having succeeded to the same by Conveyance on 25 January, 2024.
