Notice is hereby given that as of 1 st April 2024 the New Partners joined the Partnership and the Retiring Partner retired from the Partnership and ceased to be a partner with effect from that time. All debts due to and owing by the Partnership will be received and paid by the New and Continuing Partners, who will continue to carry on the said business of the Partnership.
