Ordinary resolution

"That Mr Joylan Sunnassee of BBK Partnership (office holder number 10470) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At the adjourned virtual meeting of creditors of the above-named Company, duly convened, on Wednesday 27th March 2024 at 3pm, the appointment of the members' appointed liquidator was not ratified and the following ordinary resolution was passed:

"That Mr Lloyd Hinton of Insolve Plus Ltd, 10 John Prince's Street, London W1G 0JW, be and are hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up of the Company."
