Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 March 2024, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the LLP cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Beverley Ellice Budsworth of Debt Advisor Ltd, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester, M2 5WA and Gregory John Mullarkey of Debt Advisor Ltd, 18-22 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5WA be appointed as Joint Liquidators by the Designated Member  for the purpose of such voluntary winding up and that Beverley Ellice Budsworth and Gregory John Mullarkey act jointly and severally.”

Subsequently the creditors appointed Stephen Hunt (IP No. 9183) and Kevin Goldfarb (IP No. 8858) both of Griffins, Tavistock House North, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up.
