Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 31 March 2024, Partners Group MRP, L.P. (the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in IK VII No.1 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP014773 (the “Partnership”), by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to C-SPEF Investments 2, L.P., and as a result, C-SPEF Investments 2, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
