NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of C&H Jefferson Solicitors will be held in the offices of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP on 7 May 2024 at 10.30 am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up to date, resolving whether the Liquidator should be granted his release and the Company be dissolved.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxyholder to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy holder need not be a member of the company. A signed proxy form must be lodged at KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP or by email at eimhear.a.oprey@kpmg.ie not later than 12 noon on 3 May 2024.
