Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, of an arrangement under which part of the share of The Prudential Assurance Company Limited (represented by a capital contribution of £80.00) as a limited partner of Innisfree PFI Secondary Fund 2 LP (a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014126) has been transferred to M&G Luxembourg S.A. (acting in its capacity as management company for and on behalf of Luxembourg Specialist Investment Funds (2) FCP – M&G Real Assets Fund) with effect from the date of the publication of this notice.
