WHEREAS LEWIS'S HOME RETAIL LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 06865192 was dissolved on 3 November 2022; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Lewis's Home Retail Limited was the Tenant under missives of lease dated 2 May 2018 and 11 May 2018 granted by St James’s Place UK PLC of ALL and WHOLE Store A, The Wellgate Centre, Dundee (the “Property”) AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Lewis's Home Retail Limited came to my notice on 3 April 2024: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
