The Secretary of State gives notice of the proposal to make a Variation Order under section 247 and 333(7) of the above Act which if made will vary "The Diversion of Highway (West Midland) (No.23) Order 2023". The Order to be varied authorised the stopping up and diversion of a length of Footpath 635 (part) at Wolverley, in the District of Wyre Forest. The Variation Order, if made, would alter the line of the diverted route to enable development as permitted by The Secretary of State for The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, under reference APP/R1845/X/21/3283420.

Copies of the draft Order and relevant plan will be available for inspection during normal opening hours at Wyre Forest District Council, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 7WF in the 28 days commencing on 04 April 2024, and may be obtained, free of charge, from the address stated below (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5613).

Any person may object to the making of the proposed order by stating their reasons in writing to the Secretary of State at nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk or National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR, quoting the above reference. Objections should be received by midnight on 02 May 2024.
