NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Rules 14.29, 14.30 and 14.32 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Joint Trustees propose to declare a final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above named bankrupt.

The last date for proving debts is 23 April 2024, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of F A Simms & Partners Limited, Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB the Trustee in Bankruptcy.

Notice is further given that the Joint Trustees intend declaring a final dividend within 2 months of the last date for proving.

If your claim appears on the list and you believe the amount stated as being owed to you is incorrect, or that no debt is in fact owed, you must notify the Trustee by the last date for proving. Where any creditor on the list advises that the amount of their debt is incorrect, the creditor concerned must also submit a proof to the Trustee by the last date for proving, in order to receive a dividend.
