The Department for Communities has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order (Northern Ireland) 2024", (S.R. 2024 No. 73) which comes into operation on a number of dates commencing on 1st April 2024.

This Order, one of a series of statutory rules relating to the annual up-rating of social security benefits, provides for the rates of certain social security benefits, pensions and allowances from April 2024.
