Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that with effect from 15 March 2024 (the “Effective Date”), P&E Aggregator 2 C, L.P. (the “Transferor”) transferred part of its interest in HgCapital Mercury 2 P&E Co-Invest L.P. (a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL029227) (the “Partnership”) to Fusion Equity Unblocked Sub-Aggregator L.P. (the “Transferee”). Consequently, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership on the Effective Date.
