"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and James Prior (IP No. 29250) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Mountbatten House, Grosvenor Square, Southampton, SO15 2RP be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. That anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
