NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution dated 14 March 2024 the following special resolution was duly passed THAT Cadillac AE Limited be wound up voluntarily and THAT Ferran Munoz-Lopez of Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution dated 14 March 2024 the following special resolution was duly passed THAT Cadillac IOM Limited be wound up voluntarily and THAT Ferran Munoz-Lopez of Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution dated 14 March 2024 the following special resolution was duly passed THAT Mustang IOM Limited be wound up voluntarily and THAT Ferran Munoz-Lopez of Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named companies that are being voluntarily wound up are required on or before the 30 April 2024 being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned Liquidator of the said companies to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned Ferran Munoz-Lopez of Sixty Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1SA, the Liquidator of the said companies and if so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator, to prove their said debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
