Notice is hereby given that "ENVA NI Limited" has applied to the Chief Inspector for a Pollution Prevention and Control (PPC) Permit to operate an installation involving the "the Recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) categorised under the Regulations as a facility for the processing for disposal or recovery of Haz Waste – Physico Chemical Treatment.”

The installation is located at " 53 Creagh Rd, Toomebridge, BT41 3SE" in the District of "Mid Ulster" in the County of "Antrim".

The application contains all particulars as required by the Regulations, including a description of foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

Any objections or representations to the above application should be made in writing to the Chief Inspector at the address below, within 42 days from the date of this public notice.
