Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Stella Davis of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB was appointed Joint Liquidator of the Company alongside her colleague, Colin David Wilson, also, of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ, by the above-mentioned Court on 19 February 2024.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me at the above address.

The decision to establish a Liquidation Committee may be made by the Company's creditors and/or by its contributories. Where the decision is made by both the creditors and the contributories, the Committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the Committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules unless the Court orders otherwise. The Joint Liquidators must seek a decision from the creditors and contributories as to whether a Liquidation Committee should be established if requested, in accordance with the Rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company's creditors.

The Joint Liquidator does not propose to seek a decision from the Company's creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee at this stage.
