This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the: 1. That a creditors Committee will be established. 2. That the Joint Administrators’ additional fees of £36,606.67 plus VAT be approved, being the estimated time costs in addition to those originally estimated and approved.
