WHEREAS FG REALISATIONS NO. 1 LIMITED (previously known as Fountain Forestry Limited), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 00593535 was dissolved on 20 February 2016; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS it has been presented to me that immediately before its dissolution the said FG Realisations No. 1 Limited was heritably vest that area of land at 18 Croalchapel, Closeburn, Thornhill, DG3 5HJ coloured pink on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto which area of land forms part and portion of the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by the disposition by Reverend Donald James Eales-White and Mrs Sibyl Winifred Sheila Eales-White in favour of Fountain Forestry Limited dated 6 June 1968 and recorded in the Division of the General Register of Sasines for the County of Dumfries on 2 July 1968; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said FG Realisations No. 1 Limited came to my notice on 18 October 2021: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title (if any) in and to the aforesaid heritable property.
