Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 27 February 2024, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Public School Employees’ Retirement System transferred 100% of its limited partner interest in Kite Co-Investment Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP020049 (the “Partnership”), to the following entities (each a “New Limited Partner” and together the “New Limited Partners”): (i) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘A’ LP; (ii) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘B’ LP; (iii) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘C’ LP; (iv) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘D’ LP; (v) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘E’ LP; (vi) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘F’ LP; (vii) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘G’ LP; (viii) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘H’ LP; (ix) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘S’ LP; (x) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI ‘T’ LP; and (xi) BE VI Nominees Limited as trustee for and on behalf of BE VI Co-Investment Partnership LP. Consequently on that date Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Public School Employees’ Retirement System ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and was replaced as a limited partner by the New Limited Partners
