Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State intends to introduce legislation to ban disposable vapes in England. The draft regulations (known as a statutory instrument) to introduce these restrictions, alongside a draft impact assessment, can be found via the link below.

The Government’s intention is for these regulations to come into force from 1 April 2025.

Any person may make representations on the legislation in writing to the Secretary of State.
