Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Livingston on 29 February 2024 by Stephen Gilbert Dalton having a place of business at 15 Youngs Road, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn, Nr Edinburgh, EH52 5LY seeking restoration to the Register of Companies of STEPHEN G DALTON & SON LIMITED, a company formerly registered under the Companies Act (No SC253282) and having its registered office at 15 Youngs Road, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn, Nr Edinburgh, EH52 5LY (“the Company”) in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006, in which Petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 29 February 2024, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston, Sheriff Court, Civic Centre, Livingston, EH54 6FF within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
