NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION (257)

AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14

THE MAYOR AND BURGESSES OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM

STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH – LILLIE ROAD – ORDER (NO. 1)

On 28 February 2024, the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham confirmed the above order made under section 257 of The Town and Country Act 1990 as amended (“the 1990 Act”)

The effect of the order as confirmed is to stop up the area of the footpaths hatched black on the order plan, titled 70-80 LILLIE ROAD London SW6, Drawing No. 83300/48 (the “Order Plan”) and to create an alternative new foothpaths as shown cross hatched on the Order Plan

A copy of the order as confirmed and the Order Plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Traffic Orders, Parking Services, Parking Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU during normal office hours or by requesting a pdf copy via email to traffic.orders@lbhf.gov.uk

The order comes into force on 28 February 2024 but if a person aggrieved by the order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the 1990 Act or on the ground that any requirement of the 1990 Act, or of any regulation made under the 1990 Act has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of this order, he or she may, apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
