"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, 32 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB and Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
