1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above mentioned Order under sections 6, 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce At Any Time Waiting Restrictions in certain lengths of College Avenue and Lyncroft Avenue.

3. Further information may be obtained by contacting the Transportation Service at transportation@harrow.gov.uk.

4. Persons desiring to make representations should send a statement in writing giving the grounds thereof to the Head of Traffic, Highways and Asset Management at transportation@harrow.gov.uk quoting reference 24-02, within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
