Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 August 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 February 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Reuben Andrew Jude Cope who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Reuben Andrew Jude Coates and assumed the name of Reuben Andrew Jude Cope.
