The following Resolutions were duly passed at an extraordinary general meeting of Members of the above-named Company on 14 February 2024, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That Matthew Reeds and Paul Bailey of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.
It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via deemed consent and that Matthew Reeds and Paul Bailey were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 14 February 2024.
