Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Stichting Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-1 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014057 (the “Partnership”), to Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited; and as a result of such transfer, Hollyport Secondary Opportunities VIII Limited was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Stichting Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
