That the Company be wound up voluntarily
That Tommaso Waqar Ahmad and Matthew Reeds of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation,12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up
It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via Deemed Consent and that Tommaso Waqar Ahmad and Matthew Reeds were appointed Joint Liquidators on 14 February 2024.
