“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Duncan Swift (IP No. 8093) and Chris Tate (IP No. 22910) both of Azets, Salt Quay House, 6 North East Quay, Plymouth, PL4 0HP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
