NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
THE MARSHALL GROUP EXECUTIVE PENSION PLAN ( “THE PLAN”)
The Trustees of the Plan hereby give notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan will be wound up in due course.
The Trustees of the Plan wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Plan or have any other claim against, or interest in, the Plan.
Any such persons should write to the Trustees of the Plan at the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant documentation as appropriate:

Any claim must be registered with the Trustees by 22 April 2024.
Once the date specified above has passed, the Trustees will distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Plan without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustees have not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 22 April 2024.
If you have already received an announcement from the Trustees and/or Marshall of Cambridge (Holdings) Limited regarding the winding-up of the Plan, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details of your benefits in the Plan.
