"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan David Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, F17 Evolve Business Centre, Cygnet Way, Houghton le Spring, Tyne and Wear, DH4 5QY be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
