Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 January 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 6 February 2024, I, Kieren Hancock, Folly Lodge, Folly Hill, North Owersby LN8 3PW Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kieren Michael Blanch and assumed the name of Kieren Hancock.
