NOTICE is hereby given that on 7 December 2023 a Note was presented to the Sheriff Court of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Mr John James Gallagher for leave to bring proceedings against the company in terms of Section 130(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986. By Interlocutor of 13 December 2023 the Sheriff at Glasgow ordered advertisement of the Note and ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayers of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within 14 days after such intimation, service of advertisement.
