“That the Charity (Charity No 1160476) be wound up voluntarily and that Grace Jones (IP No. 29670) and Rishi Karia (IP No. 15890) both of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
