"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS and Stephen Lancaster (IP No. 13910) of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS be and are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators to be done by both or either of them."
