The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (East) (No.1) Order 2024" authorising the stopping up of 6 areas of Sackville Close including its car parking area at Cambridge in the City of Cambridge. This is to enable development as permitted by Cambridge City Council, under reference 22/00583/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/5588). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Arbury Court Post Office, 50 Arbury Court, Cambridge, CB4 2JQ

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 6 February 2024.
