That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Samuel Adam Bailey and Jonathan David Trembath of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally.
