We, James Stephen and Kerry Bailey, both of BDO LLP, 2 Atlantic Square, 31 York Street, Glasgow, G2 8NJ, (IP Nos. 9273 and 8780) hereby give notice pursuant to Rule 5.23(7)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 that we were appointed Joint Liquidators of Terkan Limited, by deemed consent of creditors on 24 January 2024. Pursuant to S231 of the Insolvency Act 1986, any one of the Joint Liquidators may exercise all and/or any of the powers which are conferred on them as Joint Liquidators. A Liquidation Committee was not established. We do not intend to issue a contributories' decision procedure solely for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee, unless we are requested to do so in terms of Rule 10.6(2).
