I, John Donaldson, of KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP, was appointed Liquidator of the above-named company on 11 June 2020 following a winding up order made on 17 October 2019.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with Rule 11.02 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that it is my intention to declare a first and final dividend to preferential creditors of the above-named company within four months of the last date for proving.

The last date for creditors to prove their claim in order to participate in the dividend is 04 March 2024.

Creditors should send their claims by email to james.mcmullan@kpmg.ie.

A preferential creditor who has not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from this preferential dividend and will not be entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in that dividend, the distribution of that dividend.

No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
