"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised be dine by the Liquidators be done by both or either or them."
