1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce cycle hangars in the following locations:

| Albion Road | Replace 2.5 metres of resident parking opposite No. 106c with a cycle hangar. |
| Alexandra Grove | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 12 Alexandra Grove with a cycle hangar. |
| Arcola Street | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared-use bay outside Halley House School with a cycle hangar. |
| Ayrsome Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay in front of No.47 Ayrsome Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Brooke Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay to the west side of No.37 with a cycle hangar. |
| Clapton Square | Replace 2.5 metres of resident permit parking outside No. 8 Clapton Square with a cycle hangar. |
| Darnley Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared-use bay outside Shore Gardens (western side of No.39) with a cycle hangar. |
| Digby Crescent | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 61 Digby Crescent with a cycle hangar. |
| Gore Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared-use bay opposite No. 103 Gore Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Greenwood Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay at the side of No. 95 Graham Road in Greenwood Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Gunton Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 40 and 42 Gunton Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Haberdasher Street | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 74 to 82 Haberdasher Street. |
| Hassett Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 127 Hassett Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Hawksley Road | Replace 2.5 metres of resident parking bay outside of No. 40 Hawksley Road with a hangar. |
| Holly Street | Replace 5 metres of permit bay side of No. 49 Middleton Road on Holly Street with two cycle hangars. |
| Holmleigh Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 25 to 32 Carlton Mansions, Holmleigh Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Ickburgh Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 69 Ickburgh Road with a cycle hangar. |
| John Campbell Road | Replace 2.5 metres of resident permit bay outside No. 28 John Campbell Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Lavell Street | Replace 2.5 metres of resident permit bay to the side of No. 67 Albion Road, on Lavell Street with a cycle hangar. |
| Listria Park | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 63 Listria Park with a cycle hangar. |
| Margaret Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared-use bay opposite No. 19 Margaret Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Nerwick Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 41 Newick Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Norcott Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit parking outside No. 41 Norcott Road with a cycle hangar. |

| Queen Elizabeth’s Walk | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 1 to 8 Palm Court, Queen Elizabeth’s Walk with a cycle hangar. |
| Queen’s Drive | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 96 Queen Elizabeth’s Walk with a cycle hangar. |
| Riverside Close | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 3 Riverside Close with a cycle hangar. |
| Somerfield Road | Replace 2.5 metres of shared-use parking bay outside No. 23 Somerfield Road with a cycle hangar. |
| Tudor Grove | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared-use bay outside Nos. 1 to 40 Tudor House with a cycle hangar. |

Plans of the proposed locations can be viewed here - https://hackney.traffweb.app/traffweb/2/PublicConsultation Documents giving more detailed particulars are also available for inspection by email request to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
