Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 31 December 2023, Trinity College, Cambridge (the "Departing Limited Partner") transferred to Trinity PE General Partner Ltd (the "New Limited Partner") all of its interest held in Amadeus II 'A' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP006913 and that with effect from 31 December 2023, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
