Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 April 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17 January 2024, I, Liam Jerale Samuels Slyfield, 69 Newbolds Road, Fallings Park, Wolverhampton Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Liam Jerale Samuels-Slyfield and assumed the name of Liam Jerale Samuels Slyfield.
