"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up."
"That Mark Bowen be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes to appoint Liquidator of such winding up."
At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 23 January 2024 the appointment of Mark Bowen as Liquidator was confirmed.
