Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that (i) effective on 1 January 2024, RFTA Investments L.P. (the “Transferor”) transferred to RASW Investments L.P. (the “First Transferee”) 33.3333% of their interest held in Patron Capital, L.P. III (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011860; and (ii) effective on 1 January 2024, the Transferor transferred to RACDP Investments L.P. (the “Second Transferee”) 33.3333% of their interest in the Partnership; and (iii) accordingly, effective on 1 January 2024, the First Transferee and the Second Transferee (collectively, the “Transferees”) became limited partners in the Partnership.
