EXPERIAN RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the Trustee of the Experian Retirement Savings Plan (the “Plan”) is winding up the Plan Experian Retirement Savings Trustees Limited, as the Trustee of the Plan wishes to contact anyone who believes that they may be entitled to benefits from the Plan and has not been told that the Plan is being wound up. For the avoidance of doubt, this notice will not be relevant to any former members who transferred out of the Plan to the Legal & General WorkSave Mastertrust on or before 1 March 2022; those former members no longer have any entitlement under the Plan.The Trustee requests that any member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Plan sends written details of their claim to the Trustee on or before 31 March 2024 at the following postal or e-mail address:

When writing to the Trustee, please provide the full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, former employer name(s) and employment dates for the person concerned. After 31 March 2024, the Trustee will complete the winding up of the Plan and, in doing so, will have regard only to the claims of which it has had notice on or before that date. The Trustee shall not be liable to anyone of whose claim they have had no notice before that date.
